The manual I purchased was definitely complete and holds a wealth of information. I am asking my customers to trust me with machinery that they’ve paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for so it’s not asking too much for me to make an investment in a confident repair by purchasing the correct manual For the machine. Now I am equipped to confidently troubleshoot machine problems, and bring a faster resolution for the customer which maximizes value for them, and for me where everybody comes out with their toes tapping. Information is power.
