I was a bit fearful at first, afraid I'd been scammed, as it took a bit for the credit card I used to be "approved" and allow me to download the pdf file. However, the credit card was finally approved and I was able to download the equipment manual I'd purchased - and the manual seems to be of good quality and complete.
